Touch of Class Return Policy
Touch of Class will gladly accept returns of full price merchandise for a full refund within 21 days of receipt of goods. Full price merchandise received after 21 days of delivery date will incur a 20% restocking fee and after 30 days of delivery date goods will be returned at your expense. Sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Sale merchandise received after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee, after 21 days goods will be returned at your expense. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Please include the packing slip you received with your purchase along with the reason for your return to ensure proper credit. Your refund will be posted to your credit card 3 – 5 working days after your package has been received by our returns department. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the credit has been posted. Please note it may take 1 – 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Items received as gifts will be issued a Touch of Class gift card.

Holiday Return/Exchange – orders placed between November 20 and December 25 will have until January 15 to return or exchange.

For your protection, we suggest you insure your package for the value of the item enclosed. A tracking service is also recommended as only merchandise received by our returns department can be credited.

All items must be in pristine condition with all original tags attached. Items may not have been worn, altered, washed or used in any manner. Footwear must include original box, in it’s original condition without postal labels. Upon inspection of returned goods Touch of Class reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Special orders, customized and engraved items are not refundable.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable except in cases of shipping errors on our part or if goods are received damaged. If your order is damaged upon receipt you MUST save all packing materials and contact the shipping company for evaluation.

Orders over $500.00 require a signature upon delivery. We regret we are not able to ship internationally at this time. We are not able to ship to PO boxes.

In an effort to minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of our packaging we reuse some shipping boxes and packing.

If the items you purchase from our website are lowered a one-time price adjustment will be accepted within 10 days from ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at full retail price only.
